CHILD AND FAMILY SESSIONS
My aim is to capture beautiful images which reflect the heart and soul of your family. Include the whole family, exist in the photographs for your children and future generations. I’ll put you at ease and you’ll thank me – I promise! Set against the background of your choice – a favourite family walk, a place of special significance to you, I’ll capture heartwarming family moments for you to treasure forever.
Capturing your family connection and emotion is easiest when you’re engaging with each other. Enjoy your guided session as your children run free, play games and giggle followed by quieter, tender moments. Providing you with a range of images to savour.
Choose familiar locations you enjoy as a family or ask me for some inspiration if you’re stuck. Either way we’ll find somewhere you can relax and enjoy some time together.
Early morning or late afternoon sessions last around 1.5 hours including time for wardrobe changes / retouching make up and a refreshment stop if required. As with all my sessions, styling and make up is also available.

Beforehand we’ll discuss preshoot preparation of what sort of photos you are looking for, size of family group and location to ensure an enjoyable time with great results. Let me know if you want to mark a special occasion such as a wedding anniversary or birthday.
Comfortable and suitable clothing for the time of year and location is best. Ideally the family group should wear similar tones/styles from a palette of 3-4 colours so that no one person stands out significantly. You don’t have to buy a complete new wardrobe – unless you’d like to!
Don’t forget special props to make the image unique – a favourite cuddly toy, family picnic blanket, jewellery etc. Just ask if you’d like something more unusual and I’ll see what I can source for you.
