Welcoming Autumn in with my Orchard mini photography sessions, picking my own fruit and returning to fill the home with the smell of freshly baked apple cake is one of my favourite things. This recipe makes, quite honestly, the lightest and most delicious treat and as it contains one of our five a day, can be enjoyed almost guilt free as well.
